On 10.7.2 in QC 4.5
Although the Beta 4 Movie Player plugin’s example composition initially loads the bravery_m480p.mov, as soon as one stops the composition rendering [this being before the movie has completed playing] I get the following message as QC Internal Error
<No backtrace available>
Then the instruction to cease rendering does cease the movie loading, but the Viewer does not go blank, as is usually the case , instead I get another QC Internal Error message
0x82e7c05c: GFException
0x82e7db46: GFThrowException

0x85615682: -[NSApplication run]October 14, 2011 at 6:00 am #4295bangnoiseKeymasterThanks for the report. We should probably pull Beta 4 of the Movie Player entirely…
October 16, 2011 at 5:22 pm #4296cyberoParticipantThanks for the reply.
Is Lion 10.7.x being that much of a problem to development then?
Seems to be a real problem to some. Soundflower is down and not updated, for instance.
I think I’ll take a look at the source code later this week.
Can’t promise owt, but I’ll see.
Other pressing priorities to contend with tomorrow and Tuesday.
Do I need to flag some preference to get email notification of responses to my forum posts ?
