    Hi, there!
    I have a question: is it possible to share frames over firewire/thunderbolt/USB/Ethernet by using Syphon??

    Its possible.
    Im just testing it – Modul8->Syphon out to QC and with 1024 Network sender to another computer with QC 1024 Network recover / Syphon server to the VDMX.

    Over wifi at home.
    Don’t know how reliable it is, but its working.

    @emervark

    Can you elaborate on your setup/config as to how you got that working?

    Sorry but what’s modul8?  Also any idea about the speed you are getting when trying the network share?

    this seems like a viable option http://www.vjkidkadian.com/store/products/syphon2network/

    it’s not free but it could be a good solution to your question @mosu.

    For a free alternative, see this thread about Jitnet2Syphon.

    I’m interested in performance comparison between the two, if you did, i’d be glad to read.
    Anyway, i share syphon trough network using MacParrot on server machine and AirServer on client. Obviously you have some latency, and transparency isn’t kept due to compression, but seems reliable.
