Pure Data & GEM

Hello everyone,

I’m new to this software and forum. My understanding to this point is that Syphon is to video what Soundflower is to audio? Might want to get that right before I investigate further, but I was wondering if there are plans to create a plugin for GEM and Pure Data? For those of you who don’t know Pure Data is a free software that was made by the same creator of Max/MSP and bears some fundamental similarities. It has its own nice set of video manipulation tools but I think it would benefit greatly from a program like this!

I have looked a the GEM source code and think it would be pretty straightforward. Like most things, its a matter of time and priority.

Of course, that GEM external would be Mac OS X only.
