controlling the Syphon Rec with Midi

I’m looking for a way to control the Syphon Recording (Rec/Stop) with a midi controler.

Is it possible ?

If you use the search box you’ll see the answer I’ve given before is to suggest something like MidiStroke, which generates keystrokes in response to MIDI notes.

Hi,
I’ve Midistroke already and use it with another programms.
The problem with Midistroke is that you have to be focused on Syphon Rec to enable de key.
I use Modul8/MadMapper/Quartz Composer/Pure Data all at the same time and they are all controlled by the same midi controller (Evolution UC-33), that could be very cool if I could just push a button from my UC-33 to start/stop the record

The key combination to start/stop recording (cmd-alt-r) is recognised even when Recorder is in the background.
