3D Model Color

When I import my 3D model its white or whatever color the lighting is set to how to I make it so it retains its color? Thanks,

Hrm, it ought to just bring in the colors. Do you mind uploading the model somewhere, along with a screenshot in the editor?

What editor? What model format?

Hi, I work with C4D. Just added a simple sphere with a basic color red on it.
Export as DAE (also tried 3DS and OBJ), still the color is white inside of QC. Import the file into C4D again, the color red is intact.

OK, think I found it myself. It doesn’t support color, only texture files like JPG’s, colored red.

Thanks for the bug report. The model load should do this (or, I thought it did). Ill take a peek.
