I have a little time – I’ll try running your sketch for as long as I can. Even if I can’t crash it, I may be able to detect a memory leak or other resource starvation.
How annoying – there’s no way to specify servers for the QC client other than by name. You should contact CamTwist and ask them to name servers more usefully.

If you just want to do screen capture then there are various commercial products available, and they provide customer support at the level you seem to require.
A reproducible workflow would be a set of instructions I can follow, ideally without installing additional software.
If you can provide the least complicated workflow that reliably produces dropped frames for you, and a screenshot of your Preferences window in Recorder, I’ll take a look at some point (not soon, sorry).
Recorder, by design, won’t produce fixed-rate movies. In particular, if there has been no change since the last frame, a duplicate frame won’t be added.
I’m not sure what you intend to illustrate with the clip you provide, but if it’s simply that the frame-rate doesn’t read 60, then that’s (probably) working as intended. If you can produce a movie which suffers visually as a result, then you have a problem.
If you see intermittent frame loss recording lossless RGB, you should check the destination drive can keep up. The free Blackmagic Disk Speed Test on the App store is handy for that.
I’ve opened an issue for this. We’d welcome a pull-request if you fix it.

Exactly what is the content of the error message you get in Processing?
Can you provide a Processing sketch which recreates the problem? I’m not sure I entirely understand your setup from the description.

Yes the hardware has input and output, but you cannot use them both at the same time, you must use input OR output.
Is the hardware capable of simultaneous input and output? I’m not up to date with Blackmagic products, but I remember they never used to be.
Ah, the high number of recordings is probably significant. I will try to recreate a similar setup when I get a chance.
I’m with vade – build it in Max and see if that works well enough for you – don’t discard the simple solution just because a more complicated one exists… and if you’re not sure if something will work, TRY IT.
Using movies if you want a video sampler is never going to be perfect – yes it will enable otherwise impossible durations but, as you note, you’ll never be able to scrub to and from the present, as the currently recording movie will be unplayable.
If you want to automate it, Syphon Recorder responds to cmd-alt-R to start/stop recording even when it isn’t frontmost, so if you can generate that keystroke (other threads here describe ways to do that, or perhaps there’s a Max object to generate keystrokes?) then you can automate Recorder. I have done custom OSC-enabled builds for people before – get in touch if that’s of interest, but do try to build your own solution first – it might work better.
