ffmpeg stream to syphon

    Hi there,

    In ffmpeg I receive a live Videofeed from the web which I managed to pass to let’s say VLC as a udp stream.

    But here’s what I want:
    I want to decode/convert the stream with ffmpeg so that a Syphon Client can see and access it.

    As far as I understand the video has to go from cpu to gpu but the whole topic looks very complex to me. Does Syphon require a certain “format” / “codec”?? Do I need other software in between? Any hint would be helpful.
