Hi,
I’m brand new to the Syphon users and it’s quite exciting. Thank you Vade for this brilliant work.
I talked to Adrien M few days ago and he told me that an Emotion Syphon Server could be on the way to be implemented. Is it true? Have you any released fixed day?
I’m currently working on a project for a kid’s show for the opening of the new venue called La Gaite Lyrique – dedicated to digital art and music in Paris – (rehearsal will begin at the end of January) and I would expect to work with both Max/MSP and Emotion.

Hi!

yes, I did a very very rough Syphon integration for eMotion for someone and it works. I’ve not released it because there are some issues (I also do not know how to use eMotion very well). I ought to email the sources back to Adrian and let him take it from there, as I dont know enough of the internal eMotion engine to know whats what.

Be sure to thank bangnoise too, he pulled more than his weight on this. Ill ping Adrian and give him my changes.

The upcoming release of eMotion has Syphon support integrated into the app. Ill link to ascreencasts up once Adrian has them online.
